Meet Norman Dlamini
Head of Magaduzela Consulting Services is Norman Dlamini. Norman holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA), majoring in Human Resources. Norman is also a professional member of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), a Master HR Professional, and a Qualified Facilitator and Assessor by ETDP – SETA.
Norman has gained a lot of experience working with small, medium and large corporate enterprises. His full understanding of all labour laws and extensive experience in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations renders him an asset to any organisation that makes use of his services. Norman has dealt with different trade unions, as well as different bargaining councils and the CCMA. He is the founder of Magaduzela Consulting Services and a qualified Psychometric Assessment Facilitator, working as a consultant in this capacity for more than ten years.
